About Jane

I am married to a wonderful man, Mike, whom you see time to time working from the house. He is an EEO Officer for the State of Kansas and commutes to Topeka each day. When he is able, he works from home. He also operates Open Mike Music, a company that provides karaoke and DJ services in Overland Park, Kansas City, and Wichita.

I have 3 children of my own, 2 sons and a daughter. My oldest son lives in Olathe, is married and has two little boys. My 2nd son is married, just had a baby boy, and lives in Wichita where he is pursuing his MBA at Wichita State University. My daughter lives at home, and attends Shawnee Mission South high school.

I participate in the child care and adult food program and belong to several state and federal organizations.

Our home has always been a non-smoking home.

We have a small dog, a Yorkshire terrier, named BeBe that loves to greet the kids.
